REEXPLORATION ANNOUNCES CEO AND DIRECTOR CHANGE
Reexploration Inc. has had a change in its executive leadership and board of directors. Christopher Drysdale has resigned as chief executive officer and a director of the company, effective immediately. The board of directors of the company has appointed Brenan Isabelle as chief executive officer and a director of the company.
"On behalf of the board, we thank Christopher for his contributions to Reexploration, and we wish him well in his future endeavours. We are pleased to welcome Brenan Isabelle as chief executive officer. Brenan's capital markets and business development experience will be an asset as Reexploration continues to evaluate its Eureka project and examines new opportunities," said Carl Sheppard, a director of Reexploration.
About Mr. Isabelle
Mr. Isabelle has more than 10 years of experience in capital markets and early-stage companies as an investor, sales leader and founder. He was vice-president, corporate development, at Numus Financial Inc. and a dealing representative at Numus Capital Corp., a former registered exempt market dealer. Principals of Numus have completed public and private market transactions valued at over $2-billion. Earlier in 2026, Mr. Isabelle led the $4.8-million investment and public listing of Aitenders, where he serves as chair of the board. He holds a master of business administration from Dalhousie University.
