RECONAFRICA ANNOUNCES FILING OF PROSPECTUS SUPPLEMENT FOR UPSIZED BOUGHT-DEAL PUBLIC OFFERING OF C$19 MILLION
On Sept. 3, 2026, in connection with Reconnaissance Energy Africa Ltd.'s previously announced upsized bought deal public offering of units (as described in the company's news releases dated Sept. 1, 2026, and Sept. 2, 2026), it filed a prospectus supplement dated Sept. 3, 2026, to the company's final short form base shelf prospectus dated April 13, 2026, with the securities commissions in each of the provinces and territories in Canada.
Delivery of the prospectus and any amendment thereto will be satisfied in accordance with the access equals delivery provisions of applicable securities legislation. The prospectus is accessible under the company's issuer profile on SEDAR+.
