The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue six million common shares to settle outstanding debt for $300,000.

Number of creditors:  one creditor

For more information, please refer to the company's news release dated July 8, 2025, and Jan. 9, 2026. The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
