ROCHESTER ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING

--->ny") announces that at the Company's Annual General and Special Meeting of shareholders held on November 21, 2014, Mes
--->srs. Eduardo Luna, Nick DeMare, Marc Cernovitch, Joseph Keane, Michael Magrum and Simon Tam were re-elected as directo
--->rs for the ensuing year.  The shareholders also passed all other resolutions including an ordinary resolution to appoi
--->nt the auditor of the Company for the year and a special resolution to amend and replace the Articles of the Company. 

Following the shareholders meeting, the Board appointed Mr. Eduardo Luna as President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr.
---> Nick DeMare as Chairman, Mr. Jose Manuel Silva as Chief Financial Officer and Mr. Harvey Lim as Corporate Secretary. 
--->The Board also appointed Messrs. Marc Cernovitch, Nick DeMare and Joseph Keane to the audit committee.
