ROGERS COMMUNICATIONS ANNOUNCES VOTING RESULTS FROM ANNUAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Rogers Communications Inc., in accordance with Toronto Stock Exchange requirements, has released the voting results from its annual and special meeting of shareholders held earlier today.

Shareholders voted for all items of business put forth at today's meeting, those being the election of the director nominees, the appointment of KPMG LLP as the company's auditor and the adoption of the directors' restricted share unit plan. A total of 108,987,262 Class A voting shares, representing approximately 98.05 per cent of the company's issued and outstanding Class A voting shares, were voted in connection with the election of directors.

A total of 109,012,985 Class A voting shares, representing approximately 98.08 per cent of the company's issued and outstanding Class A voting shares, were voted in connection with the appointment of auditor.

A total of 108,987,262 Class A voting shares, representing approximately 98.05 per cent of the company's issued and outstanding Class A voting shares, were voted in connection with the adoption of the directors' restricted share unit plan.
