Pursuant to a resolution passed by the directors of the company on Aug. 31, 2023, the company has changed its name from Resouro Gold Inc. to Resouro Strategic Metals Inc. There is no consolidation of capital.

Effective at the opening on Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2023, the common shares of Resouro Strategic Metals will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of Resouro Gold will be delisted. The company is classified as an all other metal ore mining company (NAICS No. 212299).
