RAIN CITY ANNOUNCES INTERIM CEO

Rain City Resources Inc. has appointed Christopher Reynolds as interim chief executive officer, effective today, while the company continues to seek to identify a permanent chief executive officer. Mr. Reynolds replaces Justin Corinella as chief executive officer. Mr. Corinella remains as a director of the company.
