RAILTOWN AI ANNOUNCES FILING OF THIRD QUARTER FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND MD&A

Railtown AI Technologies Inc. filed, on Saturday, Sept. 5, 2026, its third quarter financial statements and MD&A (management discussion and analysis) that were the reason for a cease trade order (CTO) issued on Friday, Sept. 4, 2026, for failure to file.

The company had sought to utilize the quarterly reporting exemption under Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933; however, the company received a notice of default on Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2026, for failure to make filings due Aug. 31. Upon investigation, Railtown found that an incorrect version of a news release that was to have contained language enabling use of the exemption was filed. All attempts by the company to contact the British Columbia Securities Commission to notify them that the default would be shortly rectified were unsuccessful and the CTO was issued Friday afternoon.

Trading in the company's shares will resume once the BCSC issues the revocation order.
