Radial Research Corp. has consolidated its issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of one postconsolidated common share for every 10 preconsolidated common shares.

As a result, the number of outstanding shares will be reduced to approximately 2,783,818 common shares.

The name and symbol will not change.
