The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition of a 100-per-cent interest in the North mineral claim near Houston, B.C. The property is subject to a 2.0-per-cent net smelter return (NSR) royalty payable to the vendor, which may be bought back at any time with a payment of $2-million cash.

Consideration:  year 1, $16,000 and 30,000 common shares; year 2, $8,000 and 15,000 common shares
