The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition of a 100-per-cent interest in the Lone Pine mineral claim near Houston, B.C. The property is subject to a 2.0-per-cent net smelter return (NSR) royalty payable to the vendor, of which a 1.5-per-cent royalty can be repurchased at any time by the company with a payment of $5-million cash.
