QURI-MAYU ANNOUNCES 2026 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Quri-Mayu Developments Ltd. will hold its annual general meeting of shareholders on Friday, March 6, 2026, at 10 a.m. Pacific Time. The meeting will be held virtually, with access and participation details to be provided in the company's management information circular.

Shareholders of record as at Jan. 30, 2026, will be entitled to receive notice of and to vote at the meeting or any adjournment or postponement thereof.

At the meeting, shareholders will be asked to consider and, if deemed advisable, approve matters customarily brought before an annual general meeting, including:

• Receiving the audited financial statements of the company for the fiscal year;
• Electing directors of the company for the ensuing year;
• Appointing the auditor of the company for the ensuing year and authorizing the directors to fix the auditor's remuneration;
• Transacting such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
