                  QUENTIN ANNOUNCES SHARES FOR DEBT SETTLEMENT

Vancouver, Canada � September 22, 2014� Quentin Ventures Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX-V: QTN.H)
announces that it will be settling $412,500 in outstanding indebtedness through the issuance of 5.5 million
shares at a deemed price of $0.075 per share.

The shares issued hereunder will be subject to a hold period of four months from the date of issuance.
The issuance of the shares is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Additionally, the Company announces that it has granted 750,000 incentive stock options to directors,
officers, and consultants of the Company. The options have an exercise price of $0.055 per share and
expire in 5 years.
