TIMS CHINA ANNOUNCES EARNINGS RELEASE DATE FOR Q4 AND FULL YEAR 2023 RESULTS & CONFERENCE CALL

Restaurant Brands International Inc.'s TH International Ltd. (Tims China), the exclusive operator of Tim Hortons coffee shops and Popeyes restaurants in China, will release its fourth quarter and full-year results before market opening on Thursday, April 18, 2024.

The company will hold a conference call on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at 8 a.m. Eastern Time (or Thursday, April 18, 2024, at 8 p.m. Beijing time), to discuss its financial results. The call will begin with prepared remarks, followed by a live question-and-answer session.

A live webcast of the call may be accessed on-line.
