TIMS CHINA SELECTED FOR INCLUSION IN THE MSCI CHINA ALL SHARES SMALL CAP INDEX

Restaurant Brands International Inc.'s TH International Ltd. (Tims China) was added to the MSCI China All Shares Small Cap Index on May 31, 2023.

MSCI is a leading provider of tools and services for the global investment community. The MSCI China All Shares Small Cap Index is an equity index that aims to reflect the performance of the small-cap segment of the Chinese market across multiple share classes.

Yongchen Lu, chief executive officer and director of Tims China, commented: "We are pleased to be selected for inclusion in the MSCI China All Shares Small Cap Index. In addition to strong network growth, Tims China recently reported delivering over 16-per-cent same-store sales growth for company-owned and -operated stores for each February, March and April this year.
