QUADRO ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Nelson Baker has resigned as a director of Quadro Resources Ltd. effective April 1, 2024. Mr. Baker has been a professional geologist for 60 years and has over those years helped guide and mentor many junior and mid-tier resource companies in their exploration and development programs. T. Barry Coughlan, president and chief executive officer of Quadro, on behalf of the board of directors, wishes to thank Mr. Baker for his many years of advice and service to the company and wishes him well in his retirement.
