QUADRO DROPS YELLOW FOX, CARRELESS COVE PROPERTIES

Effective Aug. 12, 2023, Quadro Resources Ltd. has withdrawn from the letter of intent with Metals Creek Resources Corp. (MEK) signed Aug. 11, 2020, full details of which are set out in the company's Oct. 8, 2020, news release.
