QUADRO REFILES INTERIM FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND MD&A FOR THE PERIOD ENDING OCTOBER 31, 2023

Quadro Resources Ltd. has refiled its interim financial statements, management's discussion and analysis, and officer certificates for the three months ended Oct. 31, 2023 (the interim statements), originally filed Dec. 19, 2023.

The interim statements were refiled in order to clarify the fair value of the company's holdings in Tru Precious Metals Corp.
