QUIZAM ANNOUNCES $180,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Quizam Media Corp. has negotiated a non-brokered private placement of six million units at a price of three cents per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half share purchase warrant exercisable at 15 cents for 24 months. Insider chief executive officer Russ Rossi will be subscribing to 800,000 units.

Quizam owns Quizam Entertainment, On-Track Corp. Training, OnTrackTV and Quantum 1 Cannabis. Through its wholly owned subsidiaries, it is a producer, aggregator, marketer and broadcaster of movie entertainment and on-line virtual learning. In addition, Quizam owns and operates a chain of B.C. cannabis dispensaries under the name Quantum1.
