QUIZAM CLOSES $300,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Quizam Media Corp.'s 10-million-unit private placement at three cents per unit is now closed.

The unit private placement consists of 10 million units of the company at a price of three cents per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and a one-half share purchase warrant exercisable at 15 cents for 24 months.

Subscription details are as follows: eight placees; insider Blueskyview Software Corp. (Russ Rossi, chief executive officer) -- 1.6 million units.

Shares and warrants issued as a result of this private placement will be subject to a four-month hold period expiring April 13, 2023.
