August 19 th , 2020 - TheNewswire - Vancouver, BC - Quizam Media Corporation ("the Company") (CSE: QQ) announces that it has granted incentive stock options to purchase a total of 1,366,000 shares of the Company's capital stock to its directors, employees and consultants.

These options have an 18 month term which expires February 19 th , 2022. The exercise price of these options is $0.40 per share.

All stock options and any shares issued on the exercise of stock options will be subject to a four month hold period expiring December 19 th , 2020
