February 19 th , 2019 / TheNewswire / Vancouver, BC - Quizam Media Corporation ("the Company") (C: QQ) is pleased to announce that the Unit Private Placement previously announced on February 15 th , 2019 is being increased from $285,000 to $368,256.

All other terms remain the same including the fact that the Unit Private Placement will be priced at $0.075 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and a 3 year full share purchase warrant exercisable at $0.15. There will be a total of 4,910,080 units issued.

Insider CEO Russ Rossi (Blueskyview Software Corp.) will be subscribing to 266,680 units.
