--->ivate Placement previously announced yesterday on October 30th, 2018 is being increased from $310,000 to $332,000.  

All other terms remain the same including the fact that the Unit Private Placement will be priced at $0.08 per unit. E
--->ach unit will consist of one common share and a 3 year full share purchase warrant exercisable at $0.20
