QUEST PHARMATECH PROVIDES CORPORATE UPDATE

Quest Pharmatech Inc. provided the following corporate update today.

Grant of stock options

Quest announces the granting of 1.25 million stock options to two officers, at an exercise price of 10 cents per common share, expiring five years from the date of grant, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
