Mr. Eugene Profis reports
QUANTUMCORE ANNOUNCES DTC ELIGIBILITY FOR U.S. TRADED SHARES
Quantumcore Ltd.'s common shares are eligible for electronic clearing and settlement in the United States through the Depository Trust Company. DTC eligibility is expected to simplify the process of trading and enhance liquidity of Quantumcore's shares in the United States.
"As we advance the hardware infrastructure needed to support the development of quantum computing systems, we also want to make it easier for investors to engage with Quantumcore," said Eugene Profis, chief executive officer of Quantumcore. "DTC eligibility removes barriers for U.S. investors, improves access to our shares and supports the next stage of our growth as we continue expanding our quantum infrastructure technology portfolio."
DTC eligibility streamlines the trading process, making it more efficient for investors and brokers. As a subsidiary of the Depository Trust & Clearing Corp., DTC handles electronic clearing and settlement for publicly traded companies. With DTC eligibility, the company's shares can traded across a wider network of brokerage firms, accelerating the settlement process and improving access for a broader range of investors.
