QUORUM ANNOUNCES Q3 2025 RESULTS RELEASE DATE, CONFERENCE CALL AND WEBCAST DETAILS

Quorum Information Technologies Inc. intends to release its Q3 (third quarter) 2025 results after markets close on Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2025.

Maury Marks, president and chief executive officer, and Marilyn Bown, chief financial officer, will present the Q3 2025 results at a conference call with concurrent audio webcast, scheduled as follows.

Time:  11 a.m. MT (1 p.m. ET)
