MACKENZIE INVESTMENTS ANNOUNCES FEBRUARY 2024 DISTRIBUTIONS FOR ITS EXCHANGE TRADED FUNDS

Mackenzie Investments has declared the February, 2024, monthly cash distributions for its exchange-traded funds listed in an attached table that trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange and Cboe Canada. Unitholders of record on March 4, 2024, will receive cash distributions on March 11, 2024.

Details of the per-unit distribution amounts are provided in an attached table.
