QGOLD TO HOST 2026 ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING AND PRESENT STRATEGIC ROADMAP FOR THE YEAR AHEAD

Q-Gold Resources Ltd.'s 2026 annual general and special meeting of shareholders (AGM) will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 11 a.m. Eastern Time.

The AGM will be held in a hybrid format. Shareholders may attend in person at 198 Davenport, Toronto, Ont., M5R 1J2, or join virtually by podcast. Please note that voting will not be available through the webcast.

Shareholders and interested participants are encouraged to register in advance for the Q-Gold AGM.

Following the formal business of the AGM, Q-Gold intends to present its strategic road map for the next 12 months, outlining key priorities for advancing its gold exploration and development platform.
