Quebec Pegmatite Holdings Corp. (Formerly First Responder Technologies Inc.) Announces Commencement of Trading

VANCOUVER, British Columbia - (Newsfile Corp. - April 8, 2024) - Quebec Pegmatite Holdings Corp. (CSE: QBC) (OTC Pink: WPNNF) (FSE: 3WK0) (formerly First Responder Inc.) ("QPHC" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that, further to its news releases on February 23, 2024, December 7, 2023 and May 9, 2023, the Canadian Securities Exchange (the "CSE") has confirmed that the common shares (the "Shares") of the Company are expected to commence trading on the CSE under the Company's new name "Quebec Pegmatite Holdings Corp." and symbol "QBC" at the opening of markets on April 9, 2024.

As announced on February 23, 2024, the Company closed the acquisition of Quebec Pegmatite Corp., which constituted a "fundamental change" of the Company in accordance with CSE Policy 8 - Fundamental Changes and Changes of Business (the "Transaction"). In connection with the Transaction, the Company changed its name from "First Responder Technologies Inc." to "Quebec Pegmatite Holdings Corp.". Full details of the Transaction are included in the Company's Listing Statement dated April 3, 2024, which has been filed under the Company's SEDAR+ profile at www.sedarplus.ca.

The new CUSIP for the Shares will be 748130101 and the new ISIN number will be CA7481301017.
