QUANTUM BATTERY METALS CLOSES PRIVATE PLACEMENT FOR $500,000
Quantum Battery Metals Corp. has closed its
previously announced non-brokered private placement, comprising
1,470,588 units at a price of 34 cents per unit for gross proceeds of $500,000.
Each unit comprises one common share and one common share purchase warrant of the company. Each warrant will be exercisable into a common share of the company for a period of
24 months at an exercise price of 42 cents for 24 months from issuance. The proceeds of the private
placement will be used for the mineral properties of the company and general working capital.
