PLANET VENTURES ANNOUNCES NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Planet Ventures Inc. has arranged a private placement of up to an aggregate of 100 million common shares in the capital of the company at a price of two cents per share, for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $2-million.

The company may pay finder's fees on the offering within the amount permitted by the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange. The company intends to use the gross proceeds from the offering to finance the company's continued investment objectives and for general working capital purposes.

Closing of the offering is subject to a number of conditions, including receipt of all necessary corporate and regulatory approvals, including that of the CSE. All securities issued in connection with the offering will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance. The offering is not subject to a minimum aggregate amount of subscriptions.
