P2EARN ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF NIU AS CEO AND YE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

P2Earn Inc. has appointed of Alson Niu as chief executive officer of the company following the resignation of Chris Thomas as CEO and director. The company has appointed Lin Ye to the board of directors to replace Mr. Thomas.

Mr. Ye brings more than 15 years of experience in the gaming, wagering and interactive technology industries, with a strong record in operational leadership, strategic planning and market expansion. Complementing his technology sector expertise, Mr. Ye has significant experience in property management, where he has managed asset optimization, stakeholder engagement and operational performance. His cross-sector background provides a balanced perspective grounded in both long-term strategy and hands-on execution.
