The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date and the reduction in the exercise price of the following warrants.

Number of warrants:  1.03 million

Original expiry date of warrants:  Jan. 18, 2026

New expiry date of warrants:  Nov. 24, 2026

Original exercise price of warrants:  50 cents

New exercise price of warrants:  15 cents (new)

These warrants were originally issued on Nov. 24, 2021, prior to the company's listing on the exchange, pursuant to a prelisting private placement consisting of 1.03 million units (each unit comprising one common share and one common share purchase warrant).
