Captiva Verde Wellness Corp. (CSE: PWR) (OTC: CPVIF) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it held its annual general meeting on May 18, 2023 (the "Annual Meeting"). The Company's shareholders approved all of the resolutions presented, being: (i) receiving the financial statements, (ii) re-electing the three incumbent directors (Jeffrey Ciachurski, Michael Boyd and Orest Kostecki), (iii) re-appointing the incumbent auditor (Davidson & Company LLP) and (iv) approving the continuation of the Company's 10% rolling stock option plan. Each of the resolutions were approved by not less than 94% of the votes cast at the Annual Meeting. A total of 11,569,261 common shares were voted by proxy at the Annual Meeting representing 5.64% of the issued and outstanding common shares.
