CAPTIVA REPORTS AGM RESULTS

Captiva Verde Wellness Corp. held its annual general meeting on May 18, 2023. The company's shareholders approved all of the resolutions presented, being: (i) receiving the financial statements; (ii) re-electing the three incumbent directors (Jeffrey Ciachurski, Michael Boyd and Orest Kostecki); (iii) reappointing the incumbent auditor (Davidson & Company LLP); and (iv) approving the continuation of the company's 10-per-cent rolling stock option plan. Each of the resolutions was approved by not less than 94 per cent of the votes cast at the annual meeting. A total of 11,569,261 common shares were voted by proxy at the annual meeting representing 5.64 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares.
