Correction to Previously Announced Private Placement Closing

Vancouver, BC, Canada - Thursday, July 2, 2026 - Global Power Solutions Corp. (TSX Venture Exchange: PWER; Frankfurt Stock Exchanges: NJA) ("Global Power" or the "Company") is issuing a correction to its press release dated June 30, 2026 (the "Initial Press Release") announcing the closing of its non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement").

The Initial Press Release stated that the Company paid aggregate cash finder's fee of $91,000 and issued 455,000 non-transferable finder's warrants, on the same terms as the warrants issued under Private Placement. The Company wishes to clarify and correct that other than the cash finder's fee of $91,000, the Company also paid 325,000 advisory shares and out of the 455,000 non-transferable finder's warrants ("Finder's Warrants"), 325,000 Finder's Warrants are at an exercise price of $0.20 while 130,000 Finder's Warrants are at an exercise price of $0.30. This Press Release should be read in conjunction with the Initial Press Release. The correction described in this press release does not change any other information reported in the Initial Press Release.

The Private Placement is subject to the final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. The securities issued in the Private Placement are subject to a hold period expiring on October 31, 2026 in accordance with applicable securities laws.
