CORRECTION TO PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED PRIVATE PLACEMENT CLOSING

Global Power Solutions Corp. has issued a correction to its press release dated June 30, 2026 (the initial press release), announcing the closing of its non-brokered private placement.

The initial press release stated that the company paid aggregate cash finders' fees of $91,000 and issued 455,000 non-transferable finder warrants, on the same terms as the warrants issued under private placement. The company wishes to clarify and correct that, other than the cash finders' fees of $91,000, the company also paid 325,000 advisory shares, and, out of the 455,000 non-transferable finder warrants, 325,000 finder warrants are at an exercise price of 20 cents while 130,000 finder warrants are at an exercise price of 30 cents. This press release should be read in conjunction with the initial press release. The correction described in this press release does not change any other information reported in the initial press release.

The private placement is subject to the final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. The securities issued in the private placement are subject to a hold period expiring on Oct. 31, 2026, in accordance with applicable securities laws.
