GLOBAL POWER SOLUTIONS CORP. ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Global Power Solutions Corp. has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to four million units of the company at a price of 25 cents per unit for gross proceeds of up to $1-million.

Each unit comprises one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant shall entitle the holder to purchase one common share of the company at a price of 32 cents at any time on or before the date that is 24 months from the date of closing of the private placement.

The proceeds will be used for working capital and business development purposes.

The private placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval and all securities issued will be subject to a four-month hold period.
