Pursuant to a directors resolution dated Nov. 19, 2025, the company has consolidated its capital on a one-new-for-five-old basis. The name and symbol of the company have also been changed as follows.

Effective at the opening on Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2025, the common shares of Global Power Solutions Corp. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis and the common shares of Minaean SP Construction Corp. will be delisted. The company is classified as a building construction company.
