The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Partners Value Split Corp.'s Class AA preferred shares, Series 11 (symbol PVS.PR.I), will be delisted at the close on April 21, 2025. Accordding to the TSX, the company will redeem the Series 11 shares on April 22, 2025, for $25.17 per share, representing $25 per share, and a further sum of 17 cents per share for accrued and unpaid dividends thereon up to, but excluding, the redemption date.

As the Series 11 shares trade in the book-entry-only system of CDS and no individual certificates are issued, holders of the Series 11 shares need not take any action with respect to the redemption. For more information, see the company's news release dated April 4, 2025.
