(GPK" or "the Company") (CSE:GPK) announces that on June 20, 2019 it acquired pursuant to a non-brokered private placement 2,500,000 units of Pushfor Tech Inc.. ("Pushfor") for the price of $0.05 per unit. Each unit is comprised of one common share and one common share purchase warrant, exercisable at $0.06 per common shares until June 20, 2025, and now has direct ownership and control of a total of 2,500,000 common shares and 2,500,000 warrants of Pushfor, representing approximately 24.7% of the issued and outstanding shares of Pushfor, assuming the due exercise of these warrants and no others. . The shares and warrants were acquired for investment purposes. Grand Peak will evaluate its investment in Pushfor from time to time and may, based on such evaluation, market conditions and other circumstances, increase or decrease its holdings as circumstances require pursuant market transactions, private agreements, or otherwise, in each case in accordance with applicable securities laws.
