CSE: PUSH FFT: 713 For Immediate Release PUSHFOR ANNOUNCES NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT Surrey, B.C. - June 9, 2023 - Pushfor Tech Inc. ("Pushfor" or the "Company") (CSE: PUSH) (FFT: 713) announces that it will conduct a non-brokered private placement of up to 6,000,000 units at a price of CAD 0.05, to raise up to CAD$300,000 ("Financing"). Units will be comprised of one common share and one common share purchase warrant at $.06 per share. Warrants will expire two (2) years after closing. Warrants will subject to a four month acceleration upon the shares trading for 10 consecutive days at $0.25 or more. Any securities issued as a result of the Financing will be subject to a statutory hold period. Proceeds of the Financing will be used by the Company to pay down debt and entertain project investment. The Financing is subject to exchange policies and The Company may pay finders fees in respect to this Financing.
