("Pushfor" or the "Company") (CSE: PUSH) (FFT: 713) announces further to its press release of October 5, 2018, the Company has closed its non-brokered private placement (the "Offering"). The Company has raised an aggregate of $300,000 from the sale of 300,000 units at a price of $1.00 per unit (the "Unit"). Pursuant to the terms of the Offering, each Unit consists of one common share in the equity of the Company and one half of a share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one-half of a common share of the Company at a price of $1.75 per half share for a period of two (2) years from the closing of the Offering. All securities issued as a result of this Offering are subject to a statutory hold period. There are no finder's fees payable in connection with this Offering.
