STOCK TREND CAPITAL INC. COMPLETES NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Stock Trend Capital Inc. has closed its non-brokered private placement announced Dec. 13,
2023. The company raised aggregate gross proceeds of $150,000 through the issuance of
three million common shares at a price of five cents per common share.
The company intends to use the net proceeds to finance future investment opportunities and for
general working capital.
No finders' fees were paid in connection with the offering. All securities issued in connection
with the offering are subject to a statutory hold period expiring four months plus a day in
accordance with applicable securities legislation.
