STOCK TREND CAPITAL INC. ANNOUNCES NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Stock Trend Capital Inc. has arranged a
non-brokered private placement for up to $150,000.
Pursuant to the offering, the company will issue three million common shares at a price of five cents per share for the gross proceeds of $150,000.
Stock Trend intends to use the net proceeds from the private placement to finance additional
investment opportunities and the company's continuing working capital and general corporate
purposes.
