PURE EXTRACTS ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT CHANGES

Ben Nikolaevsky has tendered his resignation as chief executive officer and a director of Pure Extracts Technologies Corp., effective immediately. The company thanks Mr. Nikolaevsky for his services and wishes him well in his future endeavours. The company has appointed Doug Benville as interim CEO and will begin a search for a permanent CEO.
