The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 1,905,646 shares at a deemed price of 1.2 cents, in consideration of certain services provided to the company for the period from Dec. 1, 2023, to Feb. 29, 2024, pursuant to an agreement dated Sept. 1, 2023.
