PLANTIFY FOODS ANNOUNCES CHANGE IN SAVE FOODS' REPRESENTATIVE DIRECTOR

Save Foods Inc.'s (Nasdaq: SVFD) nominee to Plantify Foods Inc.'s board of directors, David Shrem, has resigned for personal reasons.

Save Foods has not determined who will fill the vacant director position on Plantify's board.

Plantify Foods and Save Foods completed a securities exchange last month whereby each acquired 19.99 per cent of the issued and outstanding capital stock of the other party immediately prior to the closing on a non-diluted basis.
