PROREIT ANNOUNCES JUNE 2026 DISTRIBUTION

Pro Real Estate Investment Trust declares a cash distribution of 3.75 cents per trust unit of the REIT for the month of June, 2026 (45 cents on an annualized basis) payable on July 15, 2026, to unitholders of record as at June 30, 2026.
