PROREIT ANNOUNCES DATE FOR RELEASE OF FIRST QUARTER 2024 RESULTS AND CONFERENCE CALL

Pro Real Estate Investment Trust will release its first quarter 2024 financial results on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, after market close. A conference call hosted by Pro REIT's management team will be held on Thursday, May 9, 2024, at 9 a.m. ET to discuss the results. Financial analysts are invited to dial in to the call, which will include a question period. Media and other interested individuals are invited to participate in the call via a live audio webcast in listen-only mode.

Pro REIT's financial statements and management's discussion and analysis for the first quarter ended March 31, 2024, will be made available on Pro REIT's website and on SEDAR+.
